Esther Faith Martina completed her schooling at Baynes Memorial Baptist Church Matriculation Higher Secondary School Chennai, with a B.Sc in Zoology from the renowned Women’s Christian College in 1997. She earned her Masters in English Literature in the year 2001, a B.Ed in English in 2006 and an MBA in Education Management during the year 2008. Martina started her career as a Teacher in the year 1997 at Bingham Baptist School, Chennai and due to her perpetual hard work, foreseeing vision and unstinted educational service to the learner community at large, she was elevated as Principal in the year 2001 with an illustrious teaching career spanning for 15 years.

She worked as an Administrative Officer at a Patent and Trademark corporate office for 3 years, and she was a freelance education consultant till the year 2018. With strategic foresight, determination, and passion for the field of education , she co-founded a company named Magestic Technology Solutions Private Limited to provide holistic education solutions during the year 2019.

As a leader and innovator, Martina possesses strong business development and relationship-building skills. She has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in collaboration with universities and colleges, bridging contemporary real-time knowledge to nurture budding academicians and entrepreneurs. Since 2019, she has been an empanelled Language Trainer with Officer’s Training Academy, Chennai.

Martina’s career seamlessly blends academic excellence, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She has earned prestigious accolades, including the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award from Centro Universitario Unifacvest, Brazil (Oct 01, 2023) and Women Achiever of the Year 2025 from Lions Club International & Penulagam (Apr 9, 2025). A former district-level athlete, she currently serves as Director and CEO of Magestic Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Editor at Jupiter Publications Consortium, Chennai, continuing to make a significant impact.
